The basic requirements for church membership are these:
- You must give a credible profession of your own, personal faith in Jesus Christ to the elders of the church.
- You must be baptized. We accept baptisms by all Christian churches that are performed with water in the name of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We do have one more “hoop” that we ask you to jump through for membership. We ask everyone considering membership to take a four-week “Inquirers Class” that meets on Sunday morning during the Sunday school hour. This class is taught by different elders. The class is designed to give you a complete picture of our church-who we are, what we believe, as well as the privileges and duties of church membership.
